I have spent more than twenty years leading design across a wide range of industries in tech. My approach to design leadership is through a forward thinking lens, focusing on where products, brands, and services could evolve to instead of where they stand today.
For me design is not only about keeping pace with where things are right now. It is about helping organizations see what they could become and building the pathways to get there. I create inspiring narratives and North Stars. I invent IP and architecture that make the future tangible. I translate abstract ideas into something people can see, feel, and rally behind. This has meant reshaping how companies imagine design, so teams and leaders have the confidence to invest in bold directions.
I treat design as a space for breakthroughs. I organize for it. I show it. I make it practical. And I do it with incredible people across a wide array of disciplines and skill. I have worked through the endless fields of challenges to make it happen. I’ve fostered reliable ecosystems, and design strategies that made ambitious ideas achievable. What drives me is not industry or labels. It is meaningful work. Ambitious problems. And smart, inspiring people, who want to push the boundaries of our time.

When technology feels beautifully natural and intuitive, there’s something deeply human behind it. That’s the kind of work I care about. I build and support teams that create simple, thoughtful experiences for real people. I stay curious, explore new tools, and push for solutions that are honest, approachable, and dependable. I find purpose here.
